I am deeply honored to say that I’ve been selected by the folks at American Banker as the winner of the Most Influential Woman in Fintech award for 2024!
I want to start by extending sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported me along this journey. I’m very proud to have been recognized by American Banker, and being put forward as one of the top female influencers in the fintech space is really a great honor. But, even more than that, I think this really serves as a testament to what we’re accomplishing here at Chargebacks911.
This win would not have been possible without the collaboration, encouragement, and guidance of my colleagues. While I may have founded Chargebacks911, I would never have gotten this vision off the ground without an amazing, dedicated team that’s willing to keep fighting and never give up. They’ve been behind me since the start, and I can’t even start expressing how thankful I am for their faith and their support.
This recognition highlights the significance of collaboration and teamwork in achieving success. Together, we’re transforming the face of payments!
What This Means
As I reflect on this achievement, I end up thinking about the importance of perseverance and determination in reaching our goals. The road to success is rarely easy. But, with hard work and resilience, we can overcome any challenges that comes our way.
I also believe that this award serves as a reminder to never stop learning and growing. There is always room for improvement and new opportunities to expand our knowledge and skills. I never want to get complacent; I want to continue pushing myself beyond my comfort zone and embracing new challenges, knowing that each experience will only make me stronger.
I also need to highlight my family, and my mentors that brought me this far, though. To everyone — thank you for believing in me! You’ve provided the inspiration and support that have been instrumental in achieving this milestone.

Now in its second year, the Most Influential Women in Fintech award honors those female leaders in financial technology that are paving the way for the industry’s future while championing critical issues like diversity, inclusion and mentorship. This award is a part of American Banker’s continued coverage of the diverse nature of the finance community. It and expands on the publication’s mission to support, empower, celebrate, and advance women in the banking industry.
