Amazing news! I’m genuinely honored to share that I’ve been picked as a finalist in the Tech Leadership – Visionary Founder category at the 2026 Banking Tech Awards.
Being included on this shortlist means a great deal to me. The Banking Tech Awards have been celebrating innovation and excellence in financial technology for, really, the better part of three decades. To be recognized among this year’s finalists — selected from hundreds of entries worldwide — reflects not only how far I’ve come, but also how far we’ve come as a company and as a team.
That last point is the part I want particularly to emphasize: this nomination belongs to every person at Chargebacks911.
Building Success is a Collective Effort
Building a company that earns this kind of recognition doesn’t happen because of one person. It’s true that I had the initial insight that led me to found Chargebacks911, and I’ve play a central role in shaping the direction of the company. But, achieving what we have happens only because of a team that shows up every day committed to solving genuinely hard problems for merchants. I’m proud to carry their work into this recognition!
These nominations are a testament to the talent and dedication of our team, as well as our commitment to developing technology that makes dispute management more intelligent, connected, and effective. Which leads me to my next point: the nomination also reflects something bigger about what we’ve built at Chargebacks911.
We’re not a company that manages disputes transactionally; we develop technologies that fundamentally change how merchants protect their revenue. That point is reinforced by two additional nominations Chargebacks911 received in the Best AI Solution in Payments and Best Digital Solution Provider – PayTech categories, both recognizing our Unified Dispute Management System.
Chargebacks911 is Meeting Real-World Challenges in Payments as They Develop
I earnestly believe technology has the greatest impact when it is built around real-world challenges. I’m proud of what our team has accomplished with UDMS and grateful to see our work and leadership recognized by the Banking Tech Awards. And, I know everyone on the team is excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in payments technology.
What sets us apart is that we are not taking a reactive position to change in the payments ecosystem. We’re perceiving need, and pushing the industry by developing the technologies that will be vital to the payments space of the near future. In my book, three nominations from a single awards program is a strong signal that the industry sees what we’re doing as genuinely meaningful!
Finally, to my fellow finalists in the Visionary Founder category: congratulations! The work represented on this shortlist is impressive, and I look forward to seeing you at the awards ceremony in London this December.
