I’m very excited and proud to announce that I was selected as the winner of the 2023 Philanthropist of the Year title at the 13th Annual Globee Business Awards!
As the presenters explain, this esteemed award recognizes “outstanding individuals, teams, or organizations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment and dedication to philanthropy within the business realm.” It celebrates those who have made a significant impact through their philanthropic initiatives, generosity, and innovative approaches to corporate social responsibility, and who exemplify the spirit of giving back, going above and beyond to create positive change in society through their philanthropic endeavors.
Considering that description — I really can’t say just how humbled and honored I am to be selected as this year’s winner!

I Am So Grateful to be Honored by the Judges!
As the winner of the Philanthropist of the Year title, I can’t express how pleased and honored I am for my efforts to have been considered among such vaunted names.
My fellow nominees in this category for 2023 included the brands doTERRA Healing Hands and Léoniea Domaines, as well as the following business leaders:
- Pratik Jain
- Paradise Rodriguez-Bordeaux
- Andrey Maksimchenko
- Aishwarya Agarwal
As I mentioned, I’m honored to be included among this list of inspiring philanthropic leaders. I, specifically, was recognized for my work with Paid for Grades, a local nonprofit I founded back in 2013. Through Paid for Grades, I and my team at Chargebacks911® have contributed more $1 million to Florida students and schools. We’ve also supported hundreds of other local charities through our Take Charge for Charity initiative.
I’m incredibly proud to be recognized for my philanthropic work. Though, I have to say that I’ve never viewed ‘social responsibility’ as just an empty buzzword or a platitude. It’s really at the core of why I do everything I do. Altruism, and the ability to make a positive difference in the world, is what really motivated me to launch Chargebacks911 in the first place.
