To be included among The Standout 45 alongside other remarkable women in our industry is both humbling and inspiring. These recognitions matter because they highlight the crucial contributions women make to fintech while encouraging the next generation of female leaders.
A Mission Born from Necessity
When I founded Chargebacks911, the payments industry had a significant problem: merchants were drowning in disputes and fraud without effective solutions. Traditional approaches weren’t keeping pace with evolving fraud tactics, and businesses needed technology-driven solutions that could adapt and scale.
Our mission was clear from the start. We would help merchants combat friendly fraud and reduce dispute rates through innovative technology and expert analysis. We would treat merchant success as our own success, building partnerships rather than just providing services. Most importantly, we would prove that deep industry expertise combined with cutting-edge technology could solve seemingly intractable problems.
The journey hasn’t always been easy, particularly as a female founder in the payments space. But these challenges strengthened my resolve to succeed and reinforced the importance of diverse leadership in financial services. Every obstacle overcome has made our solutions stronger and our mission clearer.
A Team Achievement
While this recognition carries my name, it truly represents the dedication and brilliance of our entire Chargebacks911 team. Every analyst, developer, account manager, and support specialist has contributed to our success. Our collaborative culture and shared commitment to merchant success have driven every innovation we’ve delivered.
This award also reflects the trust our merchant partners have placed in us. Their willingness to share their challenges and test our solutions has shaped our evolution, and their success stories motivate our continued innovation and validate our approach to dispute management.
What Comes Next
There are new payment methods, emerging fraud tactics, and shifting consumer behaviors creating constant complexity. Merchants need partners who understand these dynamics and can help them navigate successfully. And, this recognition energizes me for the challenges ahead.
We remain committed to innovation in dispute management and fraud prevention. We’ll continue investing in technology that stays ahead of fraudsters while simplifying operations for merchants. Most importantly, we’ll keep advocating for fair, transparent solutions that benefit all stakeholders in the payments ecosystem.
