I’m thrilled to share some exciting personal news: I’ve been selected as a juror for the 2026 Money Awards, presented by Money20/20!

Being chosen as a juror for these prestigious awards feels incredibly meaningful. It’s both a personal honor, as well as a professional milestone that reflects years of work and thought leadership in the payments and fintech industry.

The opportunity to evaluate innovation across our industry alongside other respected leaders is both exciting and humbling. This selection doesn’t just recognize my individual contributions, though. The collective impact our team at Chargebacks911 has made in reshaping how the industry approaches dispute management and fraud prevention was essential here. I never could have achieved this level of success on my own.

About the 2026 Money Awards

The Money Awards bring together leading voices from fintech, banking, and payments to identify and celebrate the most significant innovations shaping our industry. Jurors are carefully selected based on their expertise, leadership, and ability to assess emerging technologies and trends that will define the future of financial services. As part of this year’s program, we (the jurors) are being recognized as the “Class of 2026,” highlighting our unique perspectives, plus our contributions to the evolving payments landscape.

The awards ceremony represents one of the industry’s most important gatherings for recognizing breakthrough innovations. Money20/20 has created a platform where the brightest minds come together to evaluate solutions that address real-world challenges facing businesses and consumers. The judging process involves rigorous evaluation of technologies, business models, and innovations that demonstrate genuine potential to transform how we think about payments, risk management, and customer experience.

Recognizing Cb911’s Innovative Role in Modern Payments

Like I was alluding to before, my selection as a juror reflects the work we’ve done at Chargebacks911 to revolutionize chargeback management and dispute resolution.

Over the years, I’ve focused on helping organizations reframe fraud prevention from a cost center into a strategic advantage. This perspective has guided our development of innovative solutions for the payments space like ResolveLab, DisputeLab, and other technologies. The aim here is always to address the evolving challenges faced by different players in the payments ecosystem, including merchants, processors, payfacs, and more. My previous recognition by American Banker as one of their 2024 Most Influential Women in Fintech validates this approach and demonstrates the industry’s recognition of our contributions.

Being part of the Class of 2026 at the Money Awards serves as a reminder of how much innovation continues to emerge across fintech. I look forward to collaborating with fellow jurors to spotlight the ideas and solutions that will define the next generation of financial services. The opportunity to help recognize and celebrate breakthrough innovations in our industry represents both a privilege and a responsibility. I won’t take it lightly!
