Fighting Friendly Fraud: The Consequences of Chargebacks and Modern Prevention Strategies
March 23, 2015
Given that the Merchant Risk Council is one of the industry’s largest annual events, it’s simply amazing that each year the event just seems to get better and better.
Monica’s presentation went over excellently, with an enthusiastic crowd very eager to hear what Monica had to say. After all, with the EMV liability shift just six months away, merchants need to start gearing up for an increase in friendly fraud more pronounced than any we’ve seen so far.
Because Monica’s presentation was relatively early in the convention, that left plenty of time for networking and getting to know a number of new figures throughout the industry.
