Airline ticketing is a hot target for eCommerce fraud—friendly fraud in particular. With Monica serving as one of the world’s foremost experts on chargebacks and friendly fraud, event organizers thought she would be a natural choice for the IATA World Financial Symposium in Singapore this September.

The IATA World Financial Symposium 2016 attracts as many as 800 executive-level travel professionals, payments experts, and vendors from around the world. In addition to extensive, valued information on new developments throughout the airline industry, attendees will also benefit from presentations based on the real-world experiences of several C-level, high-profile speakers.

Alan Joyce (CEO, Qantas Airways) and Alexandre de Juniac (CEO, IATA) are both on the roster, along with Monica Eaton-Cardone.

Chargebacks, Debit Memos & Friendly Fraud

Monica’s presentation, Chargebacks, Debit Memos & Friendly Fraud, takes place September 22 and runs from 7:15-8:45. Attendees will be treated to a complimentary breakfast while they learn about the widespread misconception of chargebacks in the payments industry.

Monica has plenty of actionable tips and strategies to pass along. With friendly fraud on the rise in the airline and travel industries, this information has never been more highly-valued.

Monica’s company, Chargebacks911™, is a silver-level sponsor of this year’s event. Monica is honored to support such a prominent annual event.

Monica will be at the IATA World Financial Symposium all four days, and other Chargebacks911™ representatives will be available as well at booth #41.
